Wax is a natural substance, easily influenced by added fragrances and environmental conditions. Fragrance oils can change the creamy color of the wax, sometimes causing yellow discoloration, especially with high fragrance loads. Sun exposure can also fade or discolor the wax surface.

With our 100% natural cocosoy candles, you might notice frosting or crystallizing, known as polymorphism. This white coating is natural and unique to vegetable waxes like soy, indicating a pure cocosoy wax candle. These natural variations do not affect the candle’s performance, so you can enjoy its ambiance as usual.

In candles made with transparent glass, you might notice what appears to be air or water bubbles between the wax and the glass. This effect is due to the wax slightly pulling away from the glass because of environmental factors during and after creation. This glass adhesion issue is purely aesthetic and does not affect the candle's performance.

For the best results, let your Evora Cove candle burn until the wax pool reaches the container's edge on the first burn. This prevents tunneling and maximizes your candle's life. We recommend not burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Burning longer can cause carbon buildup on the wick, leading to mushrooming and a larger, hotter flame.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Evora Cove candle, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Ensure the candle is unused and in its original condition.
