Shipping Policy

At Evora Cove, we aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second notification with your tracking details.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Sales@evoracove.com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

For information on returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Upon receiving your return, we will issue a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Sales@evoracove.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will handle these on a case-by-case basis and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
