Shipping and Returns Policy

At Evora Cove, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All stickers, labels, and packaging are intact.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at sales@evoracove.com.au to initiate the return process.

  2. Place the item in its original packaging, including your invoice and the return form (provided upon request).

  3. Send your return to the following address:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for refunds.
  • For change of mind returns or swaps, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Please allow 7 days for the processing of your return.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 weeks to appear in your account, depending on your branch.
  • You will receive a notification once the refund is completed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Candles or wax products with frosting or wet spots (as these do not affect product performance).
  • Items purchased on sale or using a discount code.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us directly to arrange for a refund or exchange.
